Fun facts on our Menu Items! We make our own "dough" every day. In our kitchen there is a huge mixer with a hook that will scare the bravest! (scares me!) The dough is cut and weighed according to "mini," "small," "medium," "large." It is kneaded and then proofed in the cooler. If you've ever kneaded dough......for bread.....try 30+ pounds of dough! Yikes! My hands are still sore! Your pizza is always fresh - never frozen! Our PIZZA PHOTO'S are the PROOF! |
